About Us


Chris Katzenbach has over 30 years experience in employment and labor law and litigation, with the government and in private practice.  He served for four years as an attorney with the Appellate Court Branch of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Washington, D.C.  As an attorney for the NLRB, he filed briefs and argued on behalf of the NLRB in the United States Court of Appeals throughout the United States.  Following his work for the NLRB, his practice and experience has included both traditional labor law and employment law, including employment discrimination and wrongful discharge. He has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University (A.B. 1973) and a law degree from Yale Law School (J.D. 1976).  He is a member of the California, New York and Illinois bars.  Among the federal courts, he is a member of the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts in California, the Ninth Circuit, and the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, Tenth, District of Columbia and Federal Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
